Here’s an excerpt from a reading that Bill did in June of 2013 in Peninsula, Ohio at the town library. Bill taught there starting in 1952 and many of Bill’s former students from the 1950s and ’60s were there in the audience. Most them are now grandparents who have passed along their love of music, fostered all those years ago by one outstanding music teacher!
The Hornman performed all through the 2010 Holiday Season in a very special winter fantasy at the world famous California Academy of Sciences. This was a truly great fun and educational opportunity for the whole family!
Here’s a little sampling of the show:
In March of 2010, foolish tree films accompanied Bill and Barb Nemoyten – The Hornman and Crew – in their motor home, “Dreamcatcher,” up to Weott, CA, for a couple of shows. We got some great footage of The Hornman working his magic, and some wonderful shots of the magical Avenue of the Giants.
Be sure to look at the wonderful letters the students wrote to The Hornman after the show!
